This automatic floor scrubber bundle comes with every type of accessory, attachment, and chemical you could possibly need to clean a rubberized floor or other high-friction area. Rubber floors can be installed in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, gyms or fitness centers, schools, healthcare facilities, athletic complexes or arenas, and other commercial and industrial spaces. While this floor type has many benefits, it does need specific equipment to clean and maintain it properly. 

The main component of this package is the 'Dura 18HD' electric auto scrubber. With an 18" scrub path, 9 gallon solution tank, and an 82’ power cord, this unit is an awesome unit! It comes backed by a 5 year warranty on non-wear items and motors, so you know that the machine is durable and that we stand behind it full confidence.

Using the 'Dura 18HD' with the correct accessories will ensure that you do not cause damage to your flooring or your machine. An 18" nylon floor scrubbing brush is included with the machine for general scrubbing on even or uneven floors. This brush is not meant for rubberized floors but still comes with the machine as a default accessory. Due to this being a rubberized floor cleaning package, a specialized soft nylon scrubbing brush is included for those specific floor types. Do not use floor cleaning pads on this floor type. The pads cause too much friction and can cause high amperage draw on your brush motor, causing the motor to prematurely fail.

We also include the necessary chemicals for cleaning those specialized rubberized flooring surfaces. The package contains 12.5 total gallons of the CleanFreak® 'Neutral Clean' Floor Cleaning Solution and 5 total gallons of the CleanFreak® 'Defoamer' Vacuum Motor Protectant. 'Neutral Clean' is a pH neutral solution that will not harm any surface. Make sure to follow the dilution rates located on the pouches for the best results.

Lastly, a pair of specialty polyurethane squeegees (front and rear) are thrown into the package for FREE. These specialty blue blades will work better at recovering water on these types of rubberized floors than the original red blades that the ‘Dura 18HD’ unit comes with.

 This warranty does not include any wear items like brushes, pad drivers, batteries, hoses, squeegees, and/or switches. All no-charge replacement parts are shipped out to you via UPS Ground for free.
