Maintenance Tips
  • Clean daily using warm water and mild detergent to remove food residue, grease, and debris from shelves, slides, and frame.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool, which can scratch the aluminum surface and reduce its appearance.
  • Inspect casters regularly and remove wrapped debris from wheels to ensure smooth mobility. Tighten caster bolts if needed.
  • Check welded joints and tray slides periodically for damage caused by impacts or overloading.
  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning to maintain a sanitary surface and minimize buildup in high-moisture environments.
  • Do not exceed intended platter capacity and distribute weight evenly across all 7 shelves to preserve structural integrity.
  • Store indoors in a clean, dry area when not in use to maximize service life and maintain NSF sanitation standards
