    If you find that our website has a lower price for the same shed you have ordered within six months of your purchase date, we will refund the difference as well.

    To request your partial refund, simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website or our competitor's website within six months from the date of your order, and we will process the credit accordingly.

    Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

    • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
    • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offer are not eligible
    • The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
    • The competitor must be an online store; they may not have a retail location

    Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), or on back order with a definite date when they will be in stock, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Shipping time will vary if the order was accepted on a pre/back order basis. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@DuramaxShedsDirect.com.

    NEW COVID-RELATED DELIVERY/RETURN POLICY

    "Shipping And Return Policy: Due to the ever-changing world we live in, all of our shipping carriers, both large and small, are going to contactless (no sign) deliveries.  This will change the process for how we file damage claims with the shipping companies.  The new process is listed below. You must inspect your shipment for any signs of damage found or missing parts during receipt; please notify support@uspolymersinc.com within 48 hours, including photos of the damage. During receipt, please sign the delivery shipment and mark "damaged" if you see anything that looks like it may be damaged so we can file a freight claim. Any damages reported after the 48-hour window frame, parts will no longer be covered at no cost.  We encourage our customers to check the product upon receipt to ensure everything is complete and no damages are found. This policy is effective for all purchases made on or after January 1, 2022. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us." Thank you!

    Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be in original packaging and new condition with all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information, and packaging material. Please email us at info@DuramaxShedsDirect.com to request a Return.

    Refunds will be applied to the original Credit Card and will equal the purchase price MINUS(1) our actual shipping costs to the original delivery location and (2) a 20% restocking fee (which includes CC processing that is kept by the bank and not refunded to us) and (3) Return shipping to our warehouse.  Our warehouse staff will inspect all returns to determine if the return meets our stated criteria. Refunds will not be issued if there are missing parts or packaging or the product cannot be resold as new. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collect.

    Refused deliveries or deliveries that are returned due to the customer not scheduling a delivery appointment that is not covered under our Damaged Goods Policy will be refunded the original purchase price minus our actual shipping costs to and from the delivery location and a 20% restocking fee.  

    Cancellation If you need to cancel an order, it must be canceled before the shipment leaves the warehouse, or it will be considered a refused delivery.

      If your Credit card has been charged and you cancel, we must charge a 5% cancellation fee, as Credit Cards do not refund their processing fee.

    Damaged Goods/Missing Items

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that damage may occur during transit, and we will replace any product damaged during transit. You must inspect all merchandise on arrival and refuse delivery of any product with noticeable damage. Please notify us if you refuse delivery so we can expect the return shipment. If the package looks slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when signing for and accepting the shipment. All damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery as we are required to file damage claims to our freight carrier within this time frame. Please email customer support at info@DuramaxShedsDirect.com to report any damage to your shipment. We will send the Freight Carrier to your location to retrieve the damaged merchandise and promptly send a replacement. Our remedy for Damaged/Defective Goods will be either replacement parts or a new replacement of the same model at no charge.
