Powerful Sanding Ability
It runs on 220V power and a single-phase motor and is suitable for home use or an industrial workshop.
The adjustable speed range of 500 to 1800 rpm ensures you can tailor the sanding speed to suit different materials and applications.  
The BTM-500 is designed to handle a wide range of tasks, including smoothing burrs on metal, chamfering edges for welding, and cleaning up castings. 

Flexibility and Versatility
A sizeable 20-inch disc provides a wide surface area, perfect for efficiently handling larger workpieces.  
An easy-to-use handwheel lets you adjust the chamfer angle up to 45° vertically, making it ideal for precision sanding and beveling. 
A sturdy 12x 25-1/16 in cast iron worktable with X and Y slots and a miter gauge that operates in both directions. It tilts from 0° to 45°, allowing for versatile sanding angles.
The stand also acts as a large store cabinet, keeping extra sanding discs and other helpful items.
A heavy-duty stand ensures stability during operation and doubles as a cabinet for storing sanding discs and tools.  
An OD 4-inch dust port at the rear of the stand connects to a shop vacuum, helping maintain a clean and safe workspace.
