This Dean SR62G Gas Super Runner Valve Fryer is the perfect way to fry chicken nuggets, french fries, seafood, and more. It has a tube-type frypot design and comes with 2 twin baskets. This allows you to fry more at once. It has a millivolt control system which requires no electrical hookup. It uses natural or LP gas (gas type must be specified) and includes a 3/4" NPT gas connection. This Fryer has a 75 lb. oil capacity and its frying area is 18" x 18" x 3-3/4". Its stainless steel frypot, front, door, and backsplash/flue cover make it easier to clean. This SR62G has durable temperatures probes, a thermo-tube design, and a wide cold zone.
