The EzTrim Bud Sorting Machine allows for accurate, efficient, and safe sorting of buds into various sizes such as shake, popcorn, small, medium, and large. This is achieved without the use of vibrations or moving parts, ensuring the buds maintain their pristine condition. The machine is used after the drying and curing process, right before packaging. Buds that are sorted as shake or popcorn do not require further touch-ups and are typically dealt with separately from larger buds. By sorting out these smaller buds earlier in the process, the overall efficiency is greatly improved. This applies to any quantity, whether it be grams, eighths, or pounds. In addition, the machine can also enhance packaging efficiency by organizing buds according to size and weight. Its metal shelf also doubles as a work surface, providing versatility within a compact footprint.
