With an open-pot design, this Frymaster GF40 Full Pot Gas Floor Fryer has a 14" x 15 x 5" frying area. This, along with its two twin baskets, provides ample room for frying a variety of foods. Perfect for chicken, seafood, French fries, and more, it uses millivolt controls to regulate temperatures. It doesn't have any electrical connection requirements but uses natural or LP gas (Gas type must be specified). It has a durable temperature probe and a Master Jet burner heat-transfer system. Its stainless steel fry pot, door, and cabinet make this GF40 more durable and easier to clean. It has 6" steel legs attached with a 1" adjustment. Casters make it possible to transport or move when necessary.
