This Frymaster MJ1CF Chicken and Fish Performance Fryer with 80 lb Oil Capacity is specifically designed to fry your meat and breaded products to perfection. Frying large quantities of chicken or fish has never been easier than with this Fryer's 18" x 19" x 4-1/2" frying area and 80 lb oil capacity. Its fast-action temperature probe ensures that temperatures are consistent throughout the entire frying area, preventing foods from being over- or under-cooked in sections. This Fryer's action thermostat is super sensitive to the temperatures throughout, even by 1°. It anticipates when temperatures are rising too fast and reduces temperature overshoot, extending the life of oil and allowing your products to be evenly cooked.

This Frymaster MJ1CF has no need for electrical connections; it uses 150,000 BTU of input per hour and has a 3/4" gas connection. Its stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet make this Fryer more durable and easy to clean. Its 6" legs are adjustable by 1" which provides you with some wiggle room to customize it for your height. It has a deep cold zone with forward sloping bottom, helping ensure oil quality and supporting routine maintenance.
