Its one-way check valve ensures an easy pumping process, while its convenient 9-5/8" height allows it to fit under most fryers for direct draining. These wheels also make it possible to roll the Shortening Disposal Unit with no lifting required. Note: Oil should be cooled to 120°F or less for safe, trouble-free disposal.
