Hayman  Front Loading Depository Safe - Blemished - CV-F20-C

This safe has some very minor cosmetic damage that has been touched up here in our shop as seen in the photos. This damage does not affect the safes usability, or security. It is equipped with a Mechanical Combination Lock.

“Scratch and dent” products include a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise noted in the product description, we make sure the lock and safe are serviced and in good working condition before it leaves our warehouse.

Scratch and dent, refurbished, used, new old stock or otherwise not factory new and undamaged products do not qualify for use of discount codes, manufacturer specials or price matching.

The Hayman CV-F20-C front loading depository safe is made from solid steel and will provide you with a solid force for your money deposits. The door has 1/2" of solid steel, enough to give it a "B" rating in security. The depository chute is wide enough to accept a standard bank bag and is secure enough to prevent fishing. The anti-fishing baffle prevents tools from being used to gain access to the safe.

The safe comes standard with a dial combination lock. The lock is protected by a drill resistant hard plate designed to stop drilling of the lock. This depository safe even goes further by protecting the lock with a spring-loaded re-locker. If a forced entry attempt is made the re-locker will fire the bolts into place making it almost impossible to open the door.

The Hayman CV-F20-C front loading depository safe is just one in a top-quality line of Hayman depository safes. They pride themselves on high-quality manufacturing and materials. You can trust that your deposit safe will protect your business interests and give you peace of mind.

Maintenance Tips
  • Clear Deposit Slot Debris: Regularly remove paper clips, staples, envelopes, and dust from the front loading chute and hopper to prevent jams and ensure smooth operation.
  • Test Lock & Relocker: Periodically cycle the UL‑rated lock and internal relocker to confirm reliable tamper resistance and smooth engagement.
  • Inspect Anti‑Fish Baffle: Check that the anti‑fish (anti‑retrieval) baffle stays aligned and clear of obstructions to maintain secure deposits.
  • Clean Exterior & Interior: Wipe the powder‑coated steel surface and interior shelves to remove dirt and prevent corrosion, especially around blemished finish areas.
  • Verify Door & Boltwork: Ensure the door closes fully and that the auto‑detent boltwork engages smoothly; lightly lubricate moving parts if needed.
  • Anchor Securely: Tighten mounting bolts so the safe remains firmly anchored for optimal security.
  • Manage Deposit Size: Avoid overfilling deposits beyond the safe’s design to prevent blockage and maintain consistent functionality.
  • Control Moisture Inside: Place a desiccant pack inside the main compartment to reduce humidity and protect contents.
