Imer Koine 3.1 Continuous Mixer, Pump and Sprayer - 1106351

The Koine 3.1 is designed to be a continuous pump for feeding bags of dry material such as underlayment, mortar or grouts. But when you need to mix the material with lots of additives which require longer mixing times then switch to wet mode, use a separate mixer such as the Mix 120 and pour it into the hopper to use it as just a pump. This gives the flexibility and versatility to be used for any application. Rinse out the hopper when finished.

Features
  • Continuous mixing, spraying and pumping of pre-blended cementitious and gypsum based mortars, stucco, fireproofing, self-leveling underlayments and grouts
  • Single-phase 3 HP motor with “turbo boost” to 5 HP
  • 6 speed settings deliver up to 120, 50lb bags per hour
  • Use in wet or dry mode depending on your needs
  • Air compressor-ready
  • 100% duty cycle motors can run all day long
  • Inverter technology balances the power and monitors the electricity for maximum performance
  • Add the optional compressor to mix and spray 16 bags of fireproofing per hour

What our Experts Think
  • Continuous production powerhouse - Designed for continuous mixing, pumping, and spraying of pre-blended mortars, grouts, stucco, and self-leveling compounds, ideal for high-output professional jobsites.
  • Dual dry & wet mode flexibility - Works in dry mode for bagged materials or wet mode with pre-mixed materials, giving contractors maximum versatility across applications.
  • High-efficiency rotor-stator pumping - Uses a progressive cavity system for smooth, consistent material flow, reducing pulsation and improving finish quality.
  • Built for demanding contractor use - Capable of handling plasters, mortars, fireproofing, waterproofing, and repair compounds, making it a true multi-application machine.
  • Strong continuous output performance - Delivers adjustable flow rates for controlled application and high productivity on large-scale projects.
  • Integrated spray system compatibility - Supports spray guns and injection accessories for finishing, coating, and grouting work without additional core equipment changes.
  • Compact but jobsite-ready design - Despite its power, it remains mobile and compact enough for interior and high-rise construction environments.
  • Professional-grade control system - Equipped with electronic controls and safety systems for stable, operator-friendly performance under continuous load.

Q&A

Q: What is the Imer Koine 3.1 used for?
A: It is a professional continuous mixing, pumping, and spraying machine for applying mortars, self-leveling compounds, stucco, grout, and fireproofing materials on construction sites.

Q: What makes it a “continuous mixer”?
A: It automatically mixes pre-bagged dry material with water in real time and immediately pumps it through hoses, allowing nonstop application without batch mixing.

Q: Can it handle both dry and wet materials?
A: Yes. In dry mode it mixes and pumps bagged materials; in wet mode it acts as a pump for pre-mixed materials loaded into the hopper.

Q: What materials can it process?
A: Cementitious mortars, gypsum plasters, self-leveling underlayments, stucco, fireproofing, grout, and injection materials.

Q: What is the output capacity?
A: It delivers approximately 1/4 to 3/5 cu ft per minute depending on material and settings.

Q: How powerful is it?
A: It runs on a 4.5 HP single-phase motor system with dedicated mixing and pumping motors for continuous operation.

Q: How far can it pump material?
A: Up to about 83 ft horizontally and around 49 ft vertically depending on material and hose setup.

Q: What makes it jobsite efficient?
A: It combines mixing, pumping, and spraying in one unit, reducing labor, eliminating batch mixing delays, and improving consistency.

Q: Is it suitable for small jobs?
A: It’s primarily designed for medium to large professional jobs like flooring, wall finishing, fireproofing, and continuous pumping applications.

Maintenance Tips
  • Flush system after every use: Run clean water through hopper, mixing chamber, pump, and hose to prevent material hardening and blockages.
  • Clean mixing chamber & rotor-stator: Remove all mortar or plaster residue to maintain consistent mixing and pumping performance.
  • Inspect hoses regularly: Check for wear, cracks, or buildup that can restrict flow or reduce spray quality.
  • Maintain air system (spraying mode): Keep compressor lines, air valves, and nozzles clean for even spray texture.
  • Check seals & wear parts: Inspect and replace O-rings, gaskets, and stator components when performance drops or leaks appear.
  • Monitor motor & gearbox: Ensure smooth operation with no overheating, vibration, or unusual noise during continuous use.
  • Tighten all connections: Verify clamps, couplings, and fittings are secure before each job to handle continuous pressure safely.
  • Store clean & dry: Fully empty, rinse, and store in a dry area to prevent corrosion and internal buildup.
