The Koine 3.1 is designed to be a continuous pump for feeding bags of dry material such as underlayment, mortar or grouts. But when you need to mix the material with lots of additives which require longer mixing times then switch to wet mode, use a separate mixer such as the Mix 120 and pour it into the hopper to use it as just a pump. This gives the flexibility and versatility to be used for any application. Rinse out the hopper when finished.

Q: What is the Imer Koine 3.1 used for?
A: It is a professional continuous mixing, pumping, and spraying machine for applying mortars, self-leveling compounds, stucco, grout, and fireproofing materials on construction sites.
Q: What makes it a âcontinuous mixerâ?
A: It automatically mixes pre-bagged dry material with water in real time and immediately pumps it through hoses, allowing nonstop application without batch mixing.
Q: Can it handle both dry and wet materials?
A: Yes. In dry mode it mixes and pumps bagged materials; in wet mode it acts as a pump for pre-mixed materials loaded into the hopper.
Q: What materials can it process?
A: Cementitious mortars, gypsum plasters, self-leveling underlayments, stucco, fireproofing, grout, and injection materials.
Q: What is the output capacity?
A: It delivers approximately 1/4 to 3/5 cu ft per minute depending on material and settings.
Q: How powerful is it?
A: It runs on a 4.5 HP single-phase motor system with dedicated mixing and pumping motors for continuous operation.
Q: How far can it pump material?
A: Up to about 83 ft horizontally and around 49 ft vertically depending on material and hose setup.
Q: What makes it jobsite efficient?
A: It combines mixing, pumping, and spraying in one unit, reducing labor, eliminating batch mixing delays, and improving consistency.
Q: Is it suitable for small jobs?
A: Itâs primarily designed for medium to large professional jobs like flooring, wall finishing, fireproofing, and continuous pumping applications.
