Backwoods Adventure Jeep Gladiator Overland Bed Rack (2020-2026) - BWTT4B-9845-JT

Our Jeep Gladiator bed rack gives you tons of customization and utility. Whether you're mounting a roof top tent, mountain bikes, kayaks, or other adventure gear, our modular roof rack helps you easily dial in your setup. On top of our bed rack, we have added an optional topper section that mimics the amazing features of our DRIFTR roof rack. The top of our bed rack comes with the same triple slotted extrusions, beefy 0.25" aluminum side panels, and handle cutouts as our roof rack. If paired with our DRIFTR roof rack, this bed rack creates a perfectly flat platform from the front to the back of the truck.

What our Experts Think
  • Heavy-duty modular overland platform: Built from all-aluminum construction with USA-made engineering, designed to support rooftop tents, cargo, bikes, and expedition gear without flex or structural compromise.
  • Highly configurable accessory ecosystem: Includes multiple T-slot extrusions and side accessory rails, allowing easy mounting of traction boards, fuel storage, awnings, and storage boxes.
  • RTT & expedition ready: Engineered to support roof top tents and elevated camping systems, making it a strong foundation for long-distance overland travel setups.
  • DRIFTR system compatibility: Can integrate with optional DRIFTR-style toppers and accessories, enabling a full-length flat rack platform when expanded.
  • Bolt-on, no-drill installation: Designed for factory bed rail mounting, making installation straightforward while maintaining structural integrity.
  • Lightweight for its strength: Despite its rigidity and load capability, the aluminum design helps keep overall weight low compared to steel rack systems.
  • Best suited for: Jeep Gladiator owners building a serious overland rig that needs scalable storage, RTT support, and long-term modular expansion capability.

Maintenance Tips
  • Rinse regularly with fresh water to remove mud, dust, and road salt buildup
  • Dry completely after cleaning to prevent corrosion at joints, welds, and hardware
  • Inspect and re-tighten all mounting bolts after off-road trips or heavy loads
  • Clean T-slot channels to ensure smooth accessory installation and secure fitment
  • Lightly lubricate adjustment points, hinges, and hardware to reduce wear and noise
  • Use only pH-neutral soap; avoid abrasive cleaners that can damage powder coat finish
  • Check for chips or scratches and touch up promptly to prevent rust on exposed steel
  • Ensure even load distribution to avoid stress on bed rails and rack structure
  • Periodically inspect welds, brackets, and mounting points for fatigue or movement
  • Remove built-up mud, salt, or debris from crossbars to maintain long-term durability
