Bells Of Steel Lat Pulldown & Low Row Rack Attachment - Hydra & Manticore - 72-LA-RA-HDR-SET

Build your back with the versatile and space-efficient Lat Pulldown Low Row Attachment.

With this rack attachment, you can do lat pulldowns, cable rows, and other cable exercises using the same machine and seamlessly switch between them while adding only 30" of depth and 4.5" of height to your existing rack.

The loadable steel tubing weight horns are angled to keep your Olympic Weight Plates in place, but axle collar clips will fit just right for extra security. The hefty 500lb cable capacity, 1:1 pull ratio, and 15+ attachments (lat bar and curl bar are included) offer endless training.

The non-slip footplate and included leg pad will keep you locked and loaded while repping it out, while the velvety smoothness of the aluminum pulleys gives peanut butter a run for its money.

Includes padded leg crossbar.

To fit correctly, it must match the height of your rack uprights (72", 84", or 90") if you have a flat foot rack, choose the height of the uprights attached to your flat foot. To mount this attachment, one 43" rear cross-member with holes on the top is required.

What our Experts Think
  • The Lat Pulldown & Low Row Rack Attachment is a high-performance cable upgrade designed to transform compatible Hydra and Manticore racks into a full upper-back training station.
  • It enables smooth transitions between lat pulldowns, seated rows, and accessory cable movements, making it a compact alternative to standalone cable machines.
  • Built for heavy use, the system supports plate-loaded resistance (or optional weight stack setup) with a robust pulley design that delivers consistent tension throughout each rep.
  • Ideal for home gyms that want to maximize training variety without sacrificing floor space, especially for serious back development and arm accessory work.
  • The integrated footplate, thigh hold-down pad, and adjustable attachments improve stability and allow for stronger, stricter lat pulldown execution.
  • Offers a strong balance of space efficiency, load capacity, and exercise versatility, making it a popular upgrade for rack-based strength setups.
  • Particularly valuable for lifters focused on hypertrophy training, bodybuilding splits, and progressive overload on vertical and horizontal pulls.
  • Compared to standalone machines, this attachment delivers near-commercial functionality while keeping the footprint and cost significantly lower.
