Certified for 110 minutes of fire protection at 1200°, the Fatboy has 4 layers of 5/8" fireboard in the ceiling, 3 layers in the doorjambs and door, plus 2 layers in all walls to create a whopping 86,000 BTUs. The included Palusol heat activated door seal expands up to 7 times its normal size to help seal out smoke and heat from the door jambs.

When it comes to security, Liberty has included a few revolutionary features into the Fatboy Extreme that prevent or stop several types of break-in attacks dead in their tracks. The formidable DX-90 Monster Mech is a mechanism that combines it's over-center cam with a re-locker to help prevent side-punching better than direct drive safes. The SureTight handle with slip clutch innovation helps protect the lock from torquing and with a triple case-hardened steel plate, the lock is also protected against drill attacks. The Fatboy Extreme features twelve 1/4" Thick x 4" Wide Military Locking Bars that include anti-pry tabs on the bracket to prevent pry attacks. Combine all that security with a UL listed S&G Group II combination dial lock that guards against lock manipulation and you have a UL Residential Security Container (RSC) burglary rating.

After you enter the correct combination, the 3-spoke suretight handle will begin to retract the bolts and the door will open to reveal the fully upholstered 6-in-1 flex interior with fabric covered shelving. For you to be able to see inside, Liberty includes the Brightview lights that are auto on/off light activated and to be able to power all your electronics, the included power outlet kit has USB, standard outlets and an Ethernet plug! Finally, the included premium door organizer will allow you to maximize storage capacity with pistol holsters, mesh pouches, zippered pockets, and a COOL pocket that adds an extra 50° of fire protection.
