  • Clean Condenser Coils Regularly – Clean the condenser coils every 1-2 months with a vacuum or soft brush to remove dust and dirt, ensuring optimal cooling performance and energy efficiency.
  • Inspect and Clean Door Seals – Check the door gaskets for cracks or dirt. Clean the gaskets with warm, soapy water to maintain a tight seal and energy efficiency.
  • Monitor Internal Temperature – Maintain the cooler at an optimal temperature between 34°F - 38°F to keep milk fresh. Use a thermometer to confirm temperature accuracy.
  • Wipe Down Interior – Regularly clean the interior with mild detergent and warm water to remove spills, bacteria, and odors. Dry thoroughly to prevent mold or mildew growth.
  • Defrost the Unit as Needed – If you notice ice buildup, defrost the cooler to improve airflow and cooling efficiency. Excess ice can strain the system.
  • Inspect Drainage System – Ensure the drain lines are clear and free of blockages. If necessary, clean the drain lines with warm water to prevent water accumulation.
  • Check for Obstructed Vents – Make sure air vents inside the cooler are unobstructed to allow proper airflow. Avoid overcrowding and blocking airflow with milk crates or other items.
  • Clean the Stainless Steel Exterior – Keep the exterior clean by wiping it with a non-abrasive cleaner to prevent smudges and maintain a polished appearance.
  • Listen for Unusual Noises – Regularly check for any abnormal sounds coming from the compressor or fan. If noises occur, investigate promptly to avoid potential issues.
  • Annual Professional Maintenance – Schedule an annual inspection with a qualified technician to check refrigerant levels, compressor performance, and ensure the unit is operating at peak efficiency.
