This unit is designed for medium-duty applications, and it is especially ideal for use on mezzanines in warehouses and in tight spaces such as elevators, containers, and trailers. The ergonomic design has soft grips to ensure maximum user comfort during daily operations. This rugged unit can lift up to 4500 lb.

To protect the components, the frame of this truck is surrounded by stamped steel and a strong steel apron. This apron protects the operator's feet and protects the trucks components from collisions. This unit comes with 27" x 45 3/8" forks. These unique forks are designed to easily enter and exit from pallets. They are equipped with full-length, double-sided C-shape reinforcements to add extra strength and rigidity to the frame.

This unit operates using a 48V, 20Ah lithium-ion battery for maintenance-free operation. It has a built-in charger that allows you to quickly charge the unit during breaks or between operations. Plus, the smart design allows you to easily exchange the 48V battery pack in seconds. An integrated battery management system controls all important parameters and the performance of the battery.

The dual butterfly-style thumb controls activate the emergency reverse, the horn, and the lifting and lowering of the unit. By holding down the Turtle speed button, you can operate the truck with the tiller in the upright position to safely maneuver in tight spaces. This unit is designed to overcome ramps up to 7% when loaded and up to 16% when unloaded. For safe use, it includes an INTORQ brake.

This truck offers simple maintenance with no special tools required to access any components. It includes a battery discharge indicator, an operating hour counter, and on-board diagnostics via error codes. Plus, it incorporates CAN-BUS technology for an easier and quicker analysis and adjustments. To easily access this machine and switch operators, it comes with a keyless PIN code panel and RFID card access.
