Maintenance Tips
  • Hand wash fabric with mild soap and cool water; air dry completely before reuse.
  • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use bleach/harsh detergents as they can damage elastic support materials.
  • Inspect straps, stitching, and elastic panels regularly for fraying, stretching, or loss of tension.
  • Ensure hook-and-loop closures (Velcro) are clean and free of lint for secure fastening.
  • Check stays/splints (if present) for bending or deformation and replace if support is reduced.
  • Adjust snug fit regularly to maintain proper spinal alignment support without over-tightening.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture to preserve material elasticity.
  • Store flat or gently rolled in a dry, clean environment when not in use.
  • Discontinue use if structural integrity, support, or comfort is compromised.
  • Periodically reassess fit, especially after changes in posture, weight, or recovery stage.
