All-stainless construction, precise digital controls and “Low-E” double-pane glass doors deliver the durability and performance chefs expect from True’s flagship line.

- Exterior on/off switch and digital temperature controller with either °F or °C read-out.
- Two Low-E, double-pane self-closing doors with 120° stay-open feature, cam-lift hinges and factory-installed keyed locks.
- Full stainless-steel interior, exterior front and sides for maximum corrosion resistance and easy sanitation.
- Low-velocity fan system plus a manually controlled top vent for even heat and precise humidity control.
- (2) Interior kit sets factory-installed — configure for trays, pans or shelves without tools.
- 5 in. locking plate castors standard; optional 6 in. legs or flanged seismic legs available.

- Nine (9) #1 type tray slides & pilasters — bottom support for one 18 in. × 26 in. sheet pan or two 14 in. × 18 in. pans.
- Kits arrive pre-installed at the factory so you can load pans right out of the box.
