The Moffat E28M4 Turbofan convection oven comes with four wire racks that can be slid into several positions spaced 3.12 inches apart. Halogen lamps illuminate food as it cooks, and staff can check cooking product through the door's double-pane glass. For ease of cleaning, the racks and door seal are removable, and the porcelain-enamel surfaces are smooth and resistant to food buildup.
The temperature in the Moffat E28M4 convection oven can be set anywhere from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. An indicator light shows when the heating element is on, and if the temperature grows too hot, the element shuts off to prevent burnout. Cooking time can be tracked using a countdown timer that audibly buzzes when it reaches zero.
To supply durability, this oven is constructed of stainless steel and aluminized steel. Its door and handle stay safe to the touch despite high internal temperatures. The door hinges have a heavy-duty construction, so they can withstand being opened and closed repeatedly. Adjustable, nonskid feet help the oven stay upright and in place.
