Halogen lamps illuminate food as it cooks, and staff can check cooking product through the door's double-pane glass. The temperature in the Moffat E28M4 convection oven can be set anywhere from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. An indicator light shows when the heating element is on, and if the temperature grows too hot, the element shuts off to prevent burnout. Cooking time can be tracked using a countdown timer that audibly buzzes when it reaches zero.
