Bake signature airy croissants or perfectly roast juicy chicken cuts with the powerful and efficient Turbofan E32D5. This high performance convection oven features a two-speed bi-directional reversing fan designed to better distribute heat and evenly bake contents when the consistency of the finished product is essential. The higher speed is ideal when recipes require maximum heat, while the lower speed is good for baking more delicate items.

The E32D5 operates with a left side-hinged door with the option to convert it to a right-hand hinge. The special Safe-Touch vented door features a heat reflective coating on the inner glass pane that limits the amount of heat lost. In-between the two glass panes is a vented air gap that lets any residual heat dissipate, quickly bringing the door’s outer temperature down to safe-to-touch levels. To further prevent heat loss, the door also features a revolutionary plug-in seal that’s easy to clean and replace without any tools.

The convection oven is controlled using an electronic thermostat and timer that gets manually adjusted from two knobs. The clear, digital display eliminates any guesswork and lets you accurately determine the exact time and temperature required for your recipe.
