The Univex VORTEX750 is a reliable hand-held mixer. ETL-Sanitation, cETLus, and IPX3 certified, operators can feel secure when they invest in this unit. It offers kitchens of any size the ability to efficiently liquefy soups, puree fruits and vegetables, make soups, and prepare sauces. And they can do all of this directly in the cooking pot!

The unit is lightweight for reduced muscle strain or fatigue. It has an effective cooling system to prevent overheating and potential burns. It has a built-in safety device to prevent turning it on by accident.

Please note that the VORTEX750 hand-held mixer does not come with shafts or whisk attachments, but it can accommodate shafts of varying sizes.
