Bells Of Steel All-in-One Trainer - OLD Version on Clearance - TRANSITION-SEL-SS-FCT-SET

Unlock hundreds of cable and barbell exercises within a single footprint with the All-in-One Trainer! This unit combines the cable versatility of a functional trainer with the barbell functionality of a squat stand in a space-conscious footprint.

The x-style frame and built-in storage make it an efficient use of floor space in the corner of your home gym. Or your living lifting room.

The two side cables feature a 2:1 pull ratio, making them great for lighter isolations like curls, tricep pushdowns, and chest flies. Meanwhile, the centre cables feature a 1:1 pull ratio — excellent for heavy back work like lat pulldowns & low rows.

The 2.3" x 2.3" (60mm x 60mm) uprights with 5/8" holes double as a squat stand, just add some j-cups and rock your barbell training on the same machine! Plus, they're also compatible with rack attachments — Y-Dip, Seal Row Pad, and more!

Snag the beefy 210lb weight stack for the peak of convenience. Or grab the plate-loaded version if money is tight; you can transform it into a Weight Stack machine using the Upgrade Kit if you get tired of fumbling with plates.

Both units include two nylon handles, a lat pulldown bar, and a short straight bar.

The All-In-One Trainer MUST be bolted down to ensure the user and equipment's safety. Mounting hardware is not included, but we recommend Tapcon+ screws. Ships unassembled.

  • Selectorized or assisted cable resistance (depending on configuration) enables fast weight changes and efficient high-volume training sessions.
  • Smooth pulley system supports both hypertrophy-focused workouts and general fitness conditioning, making it suitable for a wide user range.
  • Compact all-in-one design helps conserve space while still providing broad upper and lower body training options.
  • Strong option for users prioritizing value, versatility, and a complete gym solution in one machine, especially at clearance pricing.
  • Compared to newer functional trainers, it offers similar core training capability but with older design refinements and fewer modern upgrades—balanced by significantly better affordability.
