The outer door protects against the actual fire, the inner door provides additional heat protection as well as moisture protection. (As you know, computer media does not do well in high moisture situations).

The safe door on this computer media protection safe is controlled by an electronic lock that makes access simple and easy. There is also a day lock, controlled by a key, for access during working times. The door is also equipped with 3-way bolt work on the top, side and bottom. This adds an excellent dimension of theft protection.
