200,000 BTU of balanced, radiant heat across five powerful burners. Its open-bottom design
maximises up-draft for cleaner combustion while the round-rod, non-stick grates give perfectly seared,
restaurant-quality results—batch after batch.

Installation & clearances
- For non-combustible countertops only. Legs, casters, or a 2" overhang are required for curb-mounting.
- Clearance to combustible walls: 12" (305 mm) sides, 4" (102 mm) rear.
- Must be installed under a ventilation hood in accordance with NFPA 96.
- Specify gas type and altitude (>2,000 ft / 610 m) when ordering.
Warranty
Covered by a two-year limited parts & labor warranty. Burners, upper & lower grates,
and radiants are warranted for 90 days.
