What our Experts Think
  • Extra-Wide Double-Swing Opening: Offers a 96″ wide × 96″ high opening with two equal-sized panels, providing generous clearance for personnel, carts, or two-way traffic.

  • Light-Duty Aluminum Construction: Made with .063″ tempered aluminum and a satin-anodized finish, ideal for moderate-traffic areas such as kitchens, service zones, or light commercial spaces—not intended for heavy cart or forklift use.

  • Built-In Visibility Windows: Each panel includes a 9″ × 14″ acrylic window to improve safety by allowing sight-lines through the doorway.

  • Efficient Traffic Management: Bi-parting double-swing design helps manage two-way flow, reducing collisions and improving workflow between customer and service areas.

  • Installation Considerations: Ensure the rough opening accommodates 96″ W × 96″ H, allow sufficient swing clearance on both sides, and confirm the wall/frame can support the door size.

Maintenance Tips
  • Clean Aluminum Panels: Wipe door panels regularly with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner to remove dirt and maintain the satin anodized finish.

  • Inspect Hinges & Pins: Check Easy Swing® hinges, bottom pins, and spindle assemblies for looseness or wear; tighten or replace as needed.

  • Check Door Alignment: Ensure both door leaves swing freely, meet evenly at the center, and close flush without rubbing or catching. Adjust hinges or frame as necessary.

  • Inspect Windows & Seals: Examine the 9″×14″ acrylic vision windows for cracks or hazing and ensure surrounding seals and frames are intact.

  • Monitor Panel Condition: Inspect aluminum panels for dents, corrosion, or fatigue, especially in high-traffic areas.

  • Lubricate Moving Parts: Apply a lightweight lubricant to hinge joints, rollers, and pins every 3–6 months to maintain smooth operation and reduce noise.

  • Routine Inspection: At least twice a year, check all fasteners, clean hardware, verify operation under load, and replace any worn parts.
