Maintenance Tips
  • Clean regularly: Wipe aluminum panels and full-perimeter gasket with mild soap and warm water; dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasives.

  • Inspect hinges and hardware every 3–6 months: Remove hinge covers if possible, clean old grease, apply light grease to hinge cams and pivot pins, and tighten any loose fasteners.

  • Check alignment and seals quarterly: Ensure both panels swing freely, close evenly, and gaskets maintain full contact to preserve sealing and energy efficiency.

  • Keep swing path clear: Remove debris, carts, or equipment from the door’s path to prevent impact damage or misalignment.

  • Use non-abrasive cleaning tools: Soft cloths help protect the aluminum finish and gasket integrity.
