First Team's Court Vision solar-powered court light is the first of its kind. No more cheap, flimsy, lightweight court lights attached to the basketball pole that shake when the ball hits the rim. This freestanding court light illuminates the playing surface without shaking due to vibration from gameplay. The post is made from 4" square aluminum for weatherproof durability and has 3/4" radius corners for player safety. The components have a black powder coat finish. The lamp sits approximately 16' above the playing court and provides 12,000 lumens to light up the night. The unit is designed to be installed without special lifting equipment. The hinged anchor base allows the post and lamp to be 100% assembled at ground level before standing upright. The anchor bolt installation allows easy post leveling making installation a breeze. The solar design saves money on your utility bill and saves you money on installation because there is no need to call an electrician out to wire power to the court. The commercial-grade solar panel/battery on top of the lamp collects and stores enough power for 16 hours without the need to recharge so even a cloudy day won't shut down your game at night.
