- Porcelain-lined oven interior fits full-size sheet pans in either direction; 3-position rack guides & 1 rack included.
- Extra-deep 27″ work top and 5″ stainless steel plate rail for easy plating and staging.
- 2-piece stainless steel backguard with removable shelf keeps essentials within reach.
- Six individual 12″ drip trays with dimpled bottoms slide out for fast nightly clean-up.
- Large, easy-grip die-cast control knobs and front-access pilot lights for simple daily operation.
- 6″ adjustable stainless steel legs (optional casters available).
