Husqvarna C 5500 Industrial Pre-Separator - 967664601

C 5500 is an effective industrial pre-separator for really big jobs where a lot of dust is produced. C 5500 separates 90% of the vacuumed material before it reaches the dust extractor, which greatly increases the suction capacity, extends motor life and significantly reduces the frequency of filter maintenance, thus giving you longer operation without interruption. Using a pre-separator enhances the dust extractor’s capacity to handle material that would normally be considered difficult to manage such as soot, burning particles, liquids and light material in large quantities.

Features
  • Use when a large amount of dust will be produced
  • Prolongs the dust extractors filter life and maintains higher airflow over time resulting in greater dust pick up, a cleaner work environment and longer time between filter cleaning
  • 26 gallon container capacity
  • Recommended as a supplement to your Husqvarna dust extractor T 7500, T 8600, T 10000, T 18000 and T 8600 Propane
  • Can be used for both wet and dry applications
  • Corrosion-resistant steel clamps, welded frame with dust bag platform and durable steel handle for long service life
  • Welded frame enables easy transportation by resting the machine on the frame
  • Longopac bag hose system ensures simple, dust-free bag changes without any dust spills
  • Includes: 3" x33' hose assembly
What our Experts Think
  • Professional‑grade core drilling in a compact package
Lightweight yet rugged, the DMS 180 offers reliable performance for concrete, masonry and structural penetrations — ideal for plumbing, HVAC, electrical and utility holes up to 6 in (150 mm) diameter.

  • Easy setup with accurate alignment
The V‑groove roller carriage and rigid stand ensure straighter holes with minimal adjustment, while the mechanical clutch and overload protection safeguard the motor — reducing downtime and maintenance.

  • Simple, job‑ready power
Runs on standard 100–120 V single‑phase power with a ~2.3–2.5 hp motor, so it’s plug‑and‑play on most jobsites without special power gear — boosting productivity for contractors and rental pros.

  • Angle drilling flexibility
Stand tilts for angled drilling, expanding its versatility for awkward penetrations and non‑standard positions — a valuable feature on renovation and retrofit projects.

  • Portable & user‑friendly design
At about ~51 lbs total weight, the rig is easy to transport, set up and move between locations, reducing operator fatigue and increasing jobsite flow.
