Maintenance Tips
  • Clean after every use – Remove dust, debris and slurry from the grinder body and air openings; keep cooling vents clear to prevent overheating. Always disconnect power before cleaning and avoid high‑pressure washing.

  • Inspect electrical components daily – Check power cord and extension cables for damage; never use if frayed or compromised.

  • Check brush strip and grind holder – Ensure the brush strip contacts the floor and that the grind holder and rubber components are intact; replace worn parts to maintain performance.

  • Replace diamond tools properly – Always stop the machine and unplug before removing or installing diamond grinding discs.

  • Keep dust extraction connected – Use a compatible dust extractor and clean its filters to protect the grinder and improve air quality.

  • Tighten fasteners and check safety controls – Regularly verify all handles, knobs and emergency stop function before operation.

  • Proper storage – Store in a dry, covered area when not in use to reduce corrosion and prolong machine life.
