Inspect electrical components daily – Check power cord and extension cables for damage; never use if frayed or compromised.
Check brush strip and grind holder – Ensure the brush strip contacts the floor and that the grind holder and rubber components are intact; replace worn parts to maintain performance.
Replace diamond tools properly – Always stop the machine and unplug before removing or installing diamond grinding discs.
Keep dust extraction connected – Use a compatible dust extractor and clean its filters to protect the grinder and improve air quality.
Tighten fasteners and check safety controls – Regularly verify all handles, knobs and emergency stop function before operation.
Proper storage – Store in a dry, covered area when not in use to reduce corrosion and prolong machine life.
