The Samsung 550EXn 55" LED Backlit Widescreen LCD Display is a high quality multimedia monitor designed with professional applications in mind. The display features an energy-efficient LED backlight, which reduces operating costs while enhancing image quality.

It features wide viewing angles, high brightness and contrast ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a widescreen aspect ratio. This makes it perfect for displaying information such as train or flight arrivals, stock prices, bowling scores, or even advertisements in a public space. Built-in RS232C and Gigabit Ethernet ports facilitate network communication and control.

You can also control various functions of the display with the included remote control. A thin 29.5mm bezel makes it a great choice for use as part of a video wall. Its integrated video processor allows you use up to 100 displays in a single wall! The display also features lamp error detection, pixel retention prevention, an internal temperature sensor, picture-in-picture, picture-beside-picture, button lock, and digital daisy chaining. It can be mounted in a landscape or portrait orientation.

An integrated computer, powered by a 2.3GHz AMD Athlon II Dual-Core 530 CPU, features 1GB of DDR2 memory, AMD RS780E graphics, AMD SB710 sound, and an 80GB hard drive. Its built-in media player allows you connect an MP3 player via a USB 2.0 connection.
