The Spring USA Induction DOT round induction range is the perfect solution for any buffet, restaurant, breakfast bar, or catered event for precise warming and holding of served foods. Compact in size with just a 9.1" diameter, these ranges take up minimal countertop space for either drop-in, flushmount, or countertop induction while providing industry-leading induction technology by Spring USA. With exclusive SmartScan technology, the Induction DOT provides over/under voltage protection, vessel size/ type recognition to protect from warping or food from burning. Automatic pan recovery seamlessly adjusts and recognizes vessels without losing connection as they lift from the surface. Equipped with 4 heat settings and 360 watts of power, you can easily daisy-chain up to 4 units on a 15-amp circuit. The brushed stainless steel rim removes the need for mounting brackets when dropped-in to any furniture or countertop. For flush-mount installation, use available undermount bracket. With just 1.18" (3cm) clearance needed between units, you can easily fit multiple units into/ on a standard table or countertop. A removable control box with 4 soft-touch controls can be installed wherever needed. The DOT is able to be used as a countertop induction unit with the compatible Wynwood stand (sold separately). Just 4.2 lbs, you can easily pick up the portable Induction DOT for off-premise catering, flexible buffet set ups, and more.
