It ergonomic design, making it comfortable for operators to use. Its slice thickness can be adjusted from 0" to 0.875". The sharpener can be tiled or removed for easy cleaning. The carriage and geed grip are also quick and easy to disassemble for a simple and thorough cleaning process. This 1000M slicer has a built-in lift lever for cleaning underneath the slicer.
