Vulcan Restaurant Series 25” Radiant Gas Charbroiler - 58,000 BTU - VCRB25
Create delicious looking grill marks on all your grilled menu items with the Vulcan VCRB25 Restaurant Series Countertop 25” Gas Charbroiler.
With four high powered burners boasting a total of 58,000 BTU/hr of power you’ll be able to expertly cook up burgers, steaks, and vegetables guaranteed to look just as good as they taste. The 5.25-inch wide cast-iron grates produce distinguished markings on the products you grill while also providing the durability required for a busy commercial environment.
Each burner is manually controlled by individual heat control valves and use a standing pilot ignition system to start up, ensuring a trouble-free operation. The unit also features an under-burner deflector system that reflects heat away from the grease and drip trays, creating a “cool zone” that makes clean-up a breeze.
The 25-inch countertop charbroiler is constructed out of a durable stainless steel and comes equipped with 4-inch adjustable legs that allow for a comfortable working height of 13 inches.
It’s supplied with a natural gas connection but can be field converted to liquid propane with a conversion kit included with the unit.

Maintenance Tips
-
Daily Grease & Debris Removal: After use and once cool, scrape char-radiants and cast iron grates with a wire brush to remove food particles and fat; empty and clean the grease drawer and crumb areas to prevent buildup.
-
Deep Clean Grates & Radiants: Regularly lift off and soak grates and radiants in a commercial cleaner, rinse, dry, and season with oil to prevent rust.
-
Clean Stainless Surfaces: Wipe the exterior with a mild detergent and warm water to maintain sanitation and appearance.
-
Vent Hood Inspection: Have the exhaust hood/vent system examined and cleaned at least twice a year to ensure proper airflow and reduce fire risk.
-
Check Valves & Controls: Inspect and have valves lubricated by a trained technician at the first sign of sticking to support smooth control and extend component life.
-
Proper Operation Practices: Never cover the cooking surface or deflector holes with foil or pans to “burn off” debris — this traps heat and can warp components.
-
Professional Service: Schedule routine technician checks to adjust pilots, burners, and overall gas system for consistent heat and safety.
