WYCO 12' Screed Bar For Single Power Unit - WS621425

Increasing efficiency has never been easier with the Screed King power screed. This power screed reduces labor hours by allowing users to screed with up to a 20ft board with one user. Key features are its versatile user friendly designs that allows users to easily adjust the unit so that screeding is more comfortable. Hand vibration is 75 percent less than competing models compliments of a unique cross beam handle bar design that absorbs vibration before it reaches the user. Multiple length boards can be removed with no tools required. Boards are available in multiple lengths; 5', 6', 8', 10', 12', 14', 16', and 20'. The unique Magflo board is made of lightweight magnesium to avoid any reaction with the concrete. Completely sealed, the Magflo board is not suspect to concrete or water becoming entrapped into the board. Maintenance is near zero with no flex shafts to lubricate and the board is super smooth for easy cleaning.

Features

• Improved concrete consolidation with eccentric
• Fully adjustable making screeding more comfortable
• 75% less hand vibration
• Tool-less board removal
• Magflo Board will not react with concrete
• Floats well on concrete and has a ledge for improved finishes
• Super smooth finish for easy cleaning

What our Experts Think
  • Lightweight but Strong Construction – The WYCO 12' Screed Bar For Single Power Unit - WS621425 uses lightweight magnesium, making it easy to handle on long pours while resisting corrosion and reaction with concrete better than aluminum.

  • Floats Smoothly in Concrete – Its 6″ wide base lets the screed bar “float” evenly across varying concrete slumps, helping maintain level surfaces and consistent finishes.

  • Curl Edge for Improved Finish – Curled edges roll excess concrete back toward the operator, improving finish quality and reducing the chance of ridges or low spots.

  • Easy Cleanup & Maintenance – The enclosed design and lack of brackets/torsion rods minimize places for concrete to collect, so cleaning between pours is faster and simpler.

  • Tool‑Less Board Removal – Boards install and remove without tools, saving time on the job and speeding transitions between tasks.

  • Designed for Single Power Heads – Optimized to pair with a single power screed unit, delivering reliable vibration and screeding performance on medium‑sized concrete jobs.

  • Expert Verdict – A durable, user‑friendly screed bar that balances lightweight maneuverability, finish quality, and easy cleanup — ideal for contractors and concrete pros who value efficiency and predictable results.

Maintenance Tips
  • Clean After Each Use: Remove concrete residue and dust from the bar, handles, and connection points to prevent buildup that can affect smooth operation.

  • Inspect for Wear & Damage: Check the bar edges, frame, and fasteners for bends, cracks, or worn parts; repair or replace components as needed.

  • Lubricate Moving Parts: Lightly oil pivot points, adjustment screws, and any sliding parts to ensure smooth movement and prevent rust.

  • Protect Against Rust: Wipe metal surfaces with a light oil or corrosion inhibitor after cleaning, especially if stored in humid environments.

  • Store Properly: Hang or lay the screed bar flat in a dry area to prevent bending or warping when not in use.
