Engineered for high-volume, multi-product operations, the Blodgett 981/951 combines the power of a 50,000 BTU 981 deck with a 38,000 BTU 951 deck for a total of 88,000 BTU/hr. Independent controls and three generously sized cavities let you bake, roast or finish different menu items at once—without compromise.

From its full angle-iron frame to its press-formed steel decks, every detail of this oven is built for decades of commercial use. Counter-balanced doors, a 200-500 °F mechanical thermostat and removable duplex burners make daily operation simple and maintenance fast.
