This Cadco CG-20 Countertop 24" Medium Duty Griddle is perfect for breakfast foods, vegetables, fruits, and even dessert! It has a large, 21" x 12", heavy cast, non-stick cooking surface with a stainless steel housing. Its handy on/off switch has an indicator light to let employees know when the Griddle is still in use. It has an infinite heat control, reaching 450°F and above for an even, efficient heat. This CG-20 has a removable stainless steel backsplash and an easily attachable spatter guard. Its base is immersible and its large grease tray is removable for easy cleaning.
