Its two 20-1/2" x 14" stainless steel warming surface holds food items between 155°F and 205°F. It has two variable heat controls and a safety signal light to regulate its operations. Its cooking surface is easy to clean and comes with non-skid feet. This CMLW-2 easily accommodates six third-size, four half-size, or two full-size steam table pans (sold separately).
