With a high-tech warming surface, this Cadco WTBS-2RT Countertop Double Buffet Server heats and holds items at 155°- 205°F for your customers. It comes with two 2-1/2" deep half-size stainless steel steam pans with a clear polycarbonate rolltop lid. The lid protects food items from potential contaminants and helps the food stay at more consistent temperatures. The stainless pan holder is removable and its base can be used as a warming shelf. This WTBS-2RT has one variable heat control, an adjustable thermostat, and a safety signal light. It's finished with stainless steel and has 4 non-skid feet.
