With a high-tech warming surface, this Cadco WTBS-4RT Jumbo Buffet Server heats and holds items at 155°- 205°F for your customers. It comes with four 2-1/2" deep half-size stainless steel steam pans with a clear polycarbonate rolltop lid. The lid protects food items from potential contaminants and helps the food stay at more consistent temperatures. The stainless pan holder is removable and its base can be used as a warming shelf. This WTBS-4RT has two variable heat controls, an adjustable thermostat, and a safety signal light. It's finished with stainless steel and has 4 non-skid feet.
