With a high-tech warming surface, this Cadco WTBS-5RT Jumbo Buffet Server heats and holds items at 155°- 205°F for your customers. It comes with two 2-1/2" deep half-size and three third size stainless steam pans. It has two clear polycarbonate rolltop lids to protect food items from potential contaminants and help the food stay at more consistent temperatures. The stainless pan holder is removable and its base can be used as a warming shelf. This WTBS-5RT has two variable heat controls, an adjustable thermostat, and safety signal lights. It's finished with stainless steel and has 4 non-skid feet.
