The Cadco XAKPT-08HS-C is designed as an oven proofer / equipment stand and is not meant for stand alone use. It has the capacity to hold eight sheet pans (not included) at a single time with 2-5/8" between the pan brackets. Its heat settings can be adjusted between 90°F - 122°F and it can supply humidity when hooked up to a water supply. A water filter is required, but not included. You can call the Cadco factory to ask for the specific model required. The Cadco XAKPT-08HS-C is designed to allow for stacking and has an adjustable height. Chef support is provided through Cadco via the phone.
This Equipment Stand / Oven Proofer is NSF and cMETus certified. It comes with a 1-year limited warranty, a 1-year warranty on its motor and fan, a 90-day warranty on its light bulbs and gaskets, and a 30-day warranty on its glass. Please see "Specifications" for details.
