This Globe GG15G Countertop Griddle is efficient and easy to clean. With high-performance U-style burners, this Gas Griddle offers heat control every 12" and a flame every 6". This optimizes operator control and heats more rapidly than electric options. The 1" thick steel griddle has been highly polished to ensure an easy cleaning process. The stainless steel trough catches excess grease while its 3-1/2" side guards block grease from splashing on the surrounding counter space. This GG15G uses natural gas but comes with a liquid propane conversion kit and regulator for applications where LP is preferred.
