Its plate has been fully welded to its stainless steel frame and its front edge is cool-to-the-touch. Its heating elements have thermostat controls located every 18" and are adjustable from 70°F to 575°F. This PG36E has a spatula wide grease trough, 3-1/2" splash guard, and a stainless steel catch tray to simplify the cleaning process. Its stainless steel feet are adjustable to keep the Countertop Griddle consistently level.
