Maintenance Tips
  • Clean sawdust buildup daily from the blade guides, wheels, and lower cabinet to ensure smooth operation.

  • Inspect and tension the blade before each use; improper tension reduces cut accuracy and wears components.

  • Check blade tracking and adjust tracking knob as needed to keep the blade centered on the wheels.

  • Lubricate moving parts (e.g., trunnions and elevation gears) monthly using manufacturer-recommended lubricants.

  • Align the table to ensure square cuts; recalibrate after blade changes or heavy use.

  • Inspect tires and guides regularly for wear or cracking—replace if damaged.

  • Verify proper belt tension between motor and lower wheel; adjust to prevent slipping or strain.

  • Switch to 230V operation if needed for more efficient power use (consult manual).

  • Secure the stand and level the base to minimize vibration and improve cut quality.

  • Use sharp, properly sized blades for material type; replace dull or damaged blades immediately.
