It is made from 16 gauge, 300 type stainless steel. Its top, bowls, and bracing have been finished with a #4 polish. This gives it a professional appearance perfect for industrial and commercial applications. It also makes it easy to whip clean. The Dishtable has a full length 10" high boxed backsplash, protecting surrounding areas from potential splashes and spills. It has stainless steel legs, gussets, and 1" adjustable bullet feet. This JDTC-20-26L is NSF certified.
