Maxx Cold 71.7-inch-wide refrigerated food prep station allows for easy accessibility, optimum storage capacity and flexibility to assist you in quick and easy food preparation. Ideal for any commercial sandwich shop, cafeteria, fast foodservice operation this model will help streamline your foodservice operations in the front or back of house/kitchen. The durable stainless-steel three-door model can accommodate full-size sheet pans. This commercial food service kitchen unit is designed with easy to grip recessed door handles, fully adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves (1 per section/door) and is equipped with a full set of clip-on divider bars and eighteen (18) 4” deep plastic pans. This three-door commercial refrigerant kitchen essential offers up to 18 cubic feet (510 L) of storage that can hold 18 pans. Equipped with a sanitary food grade quality ensuring 11.42" cutting board constructed of deep polyethylene, the unit is mounted on four (4) 3” diameter swivel casters (two with brakes) to facilitate maneuvering when needed. Additionally, if ADA (American Disability Act) or lower profile requirements are needed, shorter caster options are. This energy efficient refrigerated prep station is engineered with solid-state controls and a forced-air system that delivers consistent and easily adjustable temperature performance. This unit is designed to maximize energy cost savings with its polyurethane foam insulated walls and LED temperature display. The condensate evaporator is integrated to the unit, meaning no drain line connection is needed. The eco-friendly refrigeration system utilizes R290A hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain optimum temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit or 1 to 5 Celsius.
