Maxx Cold Sliding Glass Top Mobile Ice Cream Display Freezer is the perfect addition for commercial food service operation to display, store and sell ice cream products as well as other frozen goods. This unit is certified to UL 471 and NSF 7 commercial standards for use in ice cream parlors, restaurants, hotels, concession stands, and more. Engineered for convenience stores, ice cream parlors, restaurants, sorbet and gelato shops, cafes, concession stands, candy & dessert stores and other food service operations, the freezer cabinet can store multiple ice cream products and tubs as well as frozen candy bars, popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, or other frozen desserts. Total storage capacity on this premium ice cream display freezer is up to 11 Cubic Feet (312 Liters). The freezer is designed with a locking lid and keys for additional security when needed and has 4 heavy-duty casters (2 with brakes) for mobility. This model has a 6.5-foot-long power cord that plugs in to any standard 115V outlet. The glass top not only protects freezer contents and retains cold air within the unit, but also allows customers to easily view products on display while a bright internal LED light illuminates the interior to provide an elevated customer experience. This commercial ice cream display freezer is highly energy efficient, with its heat-reflective glass and a thick 2.5-inch insulation made of polyurethane. For optimal temperature regulation, this commercial freezer is equipped with an easy-to-use manual controller integrated to the unit, which can precisely hold a consistent temperature. This function allows for storage and preservation of cold desserts, ice cream and frozen products at the ideal consistency, and is . Adjustable temperature ranges from -18 to +10 degrees F (-28 to -12 degrees C). To further assist commercial operations with easy and efficient cleaning, this unit in equipped with a sanitary bottom defrost drain with plug. Maxx Cold can also provide your commercial food service operations with optional custom graphics, dipper well and Zeroll scoops & spades, 5-liter gelato holder and 3-gallon tub holder.
