The durable stainless-steel one-door model can accommodate full-size sheet pans. This commercial food service kitchen unit is designed with easy to grip recessed door handles, fully adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves (1 per section/door) and is equipped with a full set of clip-on divider bars and eight (8) 4” deep plastic pans. This one-door commercial refrigerant kitchen essential offers up to 7 cubic feet (198 L) of storage that can hold 8 pans. Equipped with a sanitary food grade quality ensuring 11.42" cutting board constructed of deep polyethylene, the unit is mounted on four (4) 3” diameter swivel casters (two with brakes) to facilitate maneuvering when needed. Additionally, if ADA (American Disability Act) or lower profile requirements are needed, shorter caster options are . This energy efficient refrigerated prep station is engineered with solid-state controls and a forced-air system that delivers consistent and easily adjustable temperature performance. This unit is designed to maximize energy cost savings with its polyurethane foam insulated walls and LED temperature display. The condensate evaporator is integrated to the unit, meaning no drain line connection is needed.
