Designed to cut extra large potatoes, this Nemco 56455-3 Monster Airmatic FryKutter is extremely easy to use and durable. It is made to be user-friendly in practically every way. It is simple to load and there is absolutely no fatigue in the operation, even after thousands of cuts. It's engineered so that operators' hands stay away from the cutting area. The actuator shield is closed to engage the air-actuated cylinder, making potatoes even easier to cut. The blades are easy to change when necessary and remain sharp for longer.
